Brad A. Chalker has extensive litigation experience in the areas of OSHA, workers' compensation, product liability and commercial law. In addition, Mr. Chalker counsels clients regarding employment related matters, including hirings and terminations, drafting and reviewing company handbooks, preparation of drug testing policies and discrimination matters.
Mr. Chalker received his B.S. from the United States Naval Academy (Class of '73) and served as a Lieutenant in the U.S. Navy. He then attended the University of Miami (Florida) School of Law where he obtained his J.D. degree, with honors, in 1981. While in law school he served on the University of Miami Law Review.
Mr. Chalker is admitted to practice law in Ohio, Florida (inactive) and Texas (inactive). His professional memberships include the Ohio State Bar Association, and the Dayton Bar Association.
In addition, Mr. Chalker has experience as an in-house counsel for a major corporation. He has taught Business Law at Sinclair Community College in Dayton and is a frequent Arbitrator for the Montgomery County Common Pleas Court.
